Application of Internal Code Value in Digital Truck Scale

Each sensor of the digital truck scale shall be subjected to the force exerted by the weight of the platform, and display a value through the display instrument. The absolute value of this value (the digital sensor is the internal code value) is an approximate value of the platform weight at this point, and the sum of the absolute value of all sensor values (the internal code value) is the approximate weight of the platform. It is required that the difference between the maximum and minimum values of the four sensors (internal code values) installed on the side of the scale platform shall be less than 400, and the smaller the difference, the better.

 

For multi section weighing platform with more than four sensors installed in the middle, the difference between the maximum value and the minimum value of the sensor (internal code value) should also be less than 400, but the difference with the sensor values (internal code value) on both sides should not be greater than 1000, and the proportion relationship is generally 2:1, and the value difference between adjacent (opposite) sensors should be similar, the smaller the better.

Specific examples are as follows: the value displayed after inspection is

① -1340、② —1460

③ —2260、  ④ —2040

⑤ —1360、  ⑥ —1560

 

Among them, the load bearing capacity of the sensors at load bearing points , , and on the four sides is similar, with a general difference of 400kg, and the middle two numbers and are also the same, but should be twice (approximately) the absolute value of the four sensors around.

 

If the absolute value of the displayed value of the digital truck scale is abnormally large or small, it means that the load cell of the scale platform is installed unevenly, and the scale platform must be adjusted and balanced by adding or removing shims to meet the above conditions.

This method is simple and easy to operate, intuitive to observe, convenient to operate, and more practical, and can also be used in the future to eliminate the fault of digital truck scale.
